Aaron Jeffery
Logie Award-winning New Zealand actor Aaron C. Jeffery is from Australia. His role includes Terry Watson in Water Rats and Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He also played Matt "FletchFletcher" Fletcher in Wentworth. Born in Howick, Auckland, Jeffery relocated to Australia at the age of 17 and began studying acting at NIDA. He graduated with his NIDA degree in 1993. After that, he launched his TV career as a producer on the children's program Ship to Shore. Jeffery is best known for his part as Alex Ryan in the drama McLeod's Daughters, which ended in 2008 when he quit the show. He also appeared in the third season of New Zealand drama series Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery was the lead character Frank in Underbelly: Badness. He finished filming on 22 June. The casting announcement for Neighbours' Bradley Fox was announced three days later. In October, it was announced that Jeffery was assigned as a corrections officer in the series Wentworth. Jeffery also appeared in the Bevan Lee series Between Two Worlds for the Seven Network. In April, it was announced 2021 that Jeffery was set to appear on the Netflix thriller series Pieces of Her. The show is based on the Karin Slaughter novel. In both 2004 and 2007, Jeffery won the Silver Logie for Most Popular actor in a Drama Series for his role on McLeod's Daughters.
