Alyson Lee Hannigan

Alyson Lee Hannigan was conceived on the 24th of March 1974. American actor and host of television she is the daughter of actor Alyson Lee Hannigan. Her roles include Willow Rosenberg (1997-2003) in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Lily Aldrin (2005-2014), for which she received a People's Choice Award in 2009 and Michelle Flaherty (1999-2012). Hannigan hosts Penn Teller: Fool Us since 2016. Teller the fool Us has been broadcast since 2016. Hannigan is also the voice actor of Claire Clancy from Fancy Nancy (2018-2018). Hannigan was born to Emilie (Posner) Haas and Alan Hannigan (a Teamsters worker). Hannigan was Hannigan's sole child. Hannigan's mom is Jewish and her father is Irish. At age four, Hannigan began appearing in commercials. Hannigan moved to Hollywood at the age of 12 with her mother. Her father, a casting agent, was with her in Santa Barbara. She auditioned. She went to California State University Northridge after high school. She was a member the Alpha Chi Omega fraternity in Northridge and earned an undergraduate degree in psychology. Hannigan was in her first film appearance in 1988's My Stepmother Is an Alien. Seth Green, who was later her co-star on Buffy as one of her co stars. In 1989, she got her first TV show part when she was cast as an actress in the ABC sitcom Free Spirit. Hannigan was just 14 years young when she began working as a babysitter for Bob Saget's children. Saget was Hannigan's How I Met Your Mother costar. Hannigan was then picked to play Willow Rosenberg (Buffy Summers' best friend) in the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Hannigan was rewarded with famed national spotlight in 1997. She also cared for Bob Saget's kids in How I Met Your Mom. Angel permitted her to play Willow's character in a few episodes.

She is well-known for her role as Kim Fischer on The Mentalist and as Amara the Darkness in the 11th season of Supernatural. She was also the Armorer in Star Wars' live-action series The Mandalorian.
