Robin Gayle
Robin Gayle Wright was born in Dallas,
Texas, to Gayle (Gaston) she was the national director of Mary Kay, and Freddie
Wright, a pharmaceutical executive. She was born in San Diego. She started her
professional career at the age of 14 working as a model. She worked in Paris,
Japan and Paris. After finishing high school she decided to pursue a career as
an actress. She was chosen to be a part of the soap-opera Santa Barbara (1984),
which was nominated three more times for Daytime Emmys. She discovered her love
for Dane Witherspoon during the first season. They got married in 1986. In
addition, she appeared in The Princess Bride (1987) playing the title
character. After being let go of the cast of Santa Barbara, she got the lead
role in Denial (1990) with Jason Patric. She became acquainted with Sean Penn
in 1990 while she was in State of Grace (1990). They had their daughter Dylan
Frances with him and a son named Hopper Jack. Robin returned to Hollywood with
Tara one of the most significant roles of her career, following her time. She
was an amazing actor and an amazing actor. She appeared in Toys (1992) the film
that was which was a comedy starring Robin Williams. It was a very funny
performance. Wright appeared in 1994's blockbuster hit Forrest Gump (1994) with
Tom Hanks. Wright received a nomination for the Golden Globe Award in
recognition of her performance as Jenny. She was cast in a small part in The
Crossing Guard (1995) with Jack Nicholson. After having rejected 14 roles, she
was finally offered the title role MGM/UA's Moll Flanders (1996). Pen Densham
directed her and Stockard Channing was the lead. Her next film was Erin
Dignam's Loved (1997) together with William Hurt.
