Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert who is on CNN and HLN's numerous platforms. The TV show she hosts The Last House Remaining on DIY NETWORK premiered on March 30 2012. In addition, she is an on-camera meteorologist as well as the co-executive director. Bonnie's first published book is EXTREME WATER Palgrave Macmillan. It was released on January 31st, 2012 by Palgrave Macmillan. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. While in Boston Schneider also contributed reports on lifestyle and entertainment as an assignment reporter for on a daily basis. Before joining WB56, she was the weekend meteorologist at WFOR-TV which is located in Miami. She worked in several posts in meteorology and reporting in News 12 Long Island - an all-day news cable channel along with WXII TV - an NBC affiliate station in Winston-Salem. Another job she held was occasionally a substitute for The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
